1. The master craftsman requires many years of experience in elevator installation and must hold the relevant certification.
2. Good physical health, no fear of heights, hardworking and able to endure hardship, and proactive in work.
3. Skilled workers and master craftsmen must be no older than 50 years old.
Skilled worker: 180–260 yuan/day
Master: 300–350 yuan/day
