Elevator maintenance
Traction System: Steel wire ropes require specialized grease for penetrating lubrication (apply 1 kg of grease every 40 meters, at intervals of 2 weeks) to prevent wire breakage.
Door system: Clean the door track and adjust its verticality (gap: 1–6 mm) to prevent jamming.
Safety device: Test the buffer oil level monthly, and replace the safety clamp wedge blocks annually (if wear exceeds 15%).
